Colliers Project Management Northeast is the Project Management and Commissioning Services Group of Colliers International, an international leader in commercial real estate.  Colliers Project Management was established in 1996 and today is made up of over 115 professionals working from multiple offices throughout the Northeast.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading the Marketing department and managing our responses to proposals and driving strategic communications to support our business objectives.

We’re looking for someone who has confidence and creativity seeking to lead a growing and dynamic team; someone who has high level organizational and planning skills.

You are adept at managing brand identity, collateral development, and marketing campaigns. You consistently comply with the Company's corporate graphics standards and marketing templates and administer quality control techniques to ensure a consistent appearance and style is presented for all internal and external communications.

You will monitor industry trends to implement traditional and innovative marketing initiatives and create an on-going communication plan to continually monitor the market.

You have the ability to develop marketing content related to company positioning, and strategic initiatives, by developing external communications such as printed media, electronic media, and press releases and ensuring regional offices have the appropriate marketing collateral.

You are deadline driven, have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, and are able to write, manage, and develop winning proposals, presentations, and other marketing collateral in the architecture/engineering/construction industry.  This includes analyzing Requests for Proposals (RFP) and their requirements, outlining tasks, schedules, and responsibilities amongst the team to achieve successful outcomes.

You are adept at handling the planning and coordination of tradeshow activities, networking and industry meetings, and other events as needed.

You are outgoing and have a proven ability to oversee, motivate, and influence cross functional teams to achieve timely execution of all projects, such as coordinating speakers, drafting presentations, prepping staff for project interviews, and investigating logistics for industry events.

You are skilled at supervising, mentoring, training, and motivating marketing staff.

What you bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of marketing experience
  • Previous leadership experience
  • Experience in the A/E/C or professional services industry is a plus
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign and Photoshop
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Database management experience (like ACT, SalesForce, Cosential) a plus
  • Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading skills
