Colliers International is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our rapidly growing Project Management Team serving the Deerfield, IL region. In May 2016, Colliers expanded the NYC Team with the addition of Gorton & Partners, a successful project management firm. The Assistant Project Manager is a mid-level position responsible for directing and coordinating activities of designated projects to ensure that goals or objectives are accomplished by performing the following duties personally or by providing support to Project Managers, Sr. Project Managers, or Executives.
Candidates MUST be familiar with the building design and construction process. This position will require management capabilities and the ability to work on site with clients on a regular basis.
