The Construction Administrator/Clerk of the Works positions will oversee and coordinate all aspects of Colliers Project Management | Northeast construction related services on a/several specific project(s). Preference will be given to those candidates with educational building project experience.
Candidates must be able to provide quality control and daily coordination at project sites in addition to attending job meetings, developing meeting minutes, providing daily inspection and documentation, conducting change order reviews, and occupancy and move-in coordination.
